3. Arnold’s favourite – Rest – Pause Technique

Not very often you will get to hear about this technique in Bicep training routine. But believe me, when I say that this method can single-handedly improve your bicep size.

Rest and pause training is about completing X number of reps then resting momentarily and again hitting another X reps followed by a brief rest between two sets. Let’s say for an exercise like cable curls, perform 10-12 reps, rest momentarily and hit another 5-6 rep to complete the set. And what you will see is – Arms like never before.guy-lifting-weight
