  • Paneer – 500 grams
  • Milk – 5 tablespoon

  • Mashed Garlic – 1 tablespoon

  • Crush paneer with your hands into small chunks and keep them aside.

  • Now fry green chilies and capsicum in a different pan and keep it aside.
  • Then add ginger and garlic and fry for next 10-15 seconds.

  • Chickpeas soaked overnight in lukewarm salty water – 1 large cup

  • Kidney Beans – 250 grams

  • Chopped soya chunks – 1 bowl
  • Boiled green peas – ½ bowl

  • Then add chopped tomatoes, chilli powder, and turmeric powder and garam masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes on a small to medium flame.
  • Now add soya chunks, boiled peas and baby corn. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minute.
  • Stir continuously to avoid overcooking.

10. Indian Style Protein Cupcakes

Ingredients you will need –

  • Chana Dal (Bengal Gram) – 1 tablespoon
  • Moong Dal (Green Gram) – 1 tablespoon
  • Urad Dal (Black Lentils) – 1 tablespoon
  • Toovar Dal – ¼ bowl
  • Rice – ½ bowl
  • Sour Curd – ¼ bowl
  • Grated bottle gourd (lauki) – ¾ cup
  • Chilli powder – ¼ tablespoon
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder – ¼ tablespoon
  • Sugar – ½ tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tablespoon
  • Asafoetida(Hing) – ¼ tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds (til) – ½ tablespoon
  • Ginger-green chilli paste – 1 tablespoon

How to prepare –

  • Mix rice and all the dals in the mixer and blend till it becomes smooth.
  • Now add the sour curd and mix well. Cover the mixture and keep it aside for a night.
  • Next morning add lauki, lemon juice, oil, sugar, chilli powder, baking soda and salt. Mix properly and keep it aside. You will need this batter later.
  • In a frying pan, pour some oil and mustard seeds. Heat at medium flame.
  • Then add sesame seeds and asafoetida to the mix and let it cook for few minutes.
  • Pour over the entire batter and mix properly.
  • Turn off the stove and pour the mixture into small cups and bake in pre-heated oven at 200 degree Celsius temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  • Let it cool for few minutes.
  • Unmould and Indian cupcakes are ready to be eaten.
